トランプとサイコロとお札を組み合わせたデザインのタトゥーです。

トランプ（カード）は日本では4種類のマーク各13枚とジョーカーを加えた53枚を1セットのものを指して言うことが多いカードのことで、そのカードを使った遊びのこともそう呼んでいます。
世界の各地域によって呼び方は違っていて、南欧各地では、スペイン語の「baraja・naipes」のようにトランプを意味する専用の語があります。英語では「playing cards（プレイング・カード）」は「遊戯用カード」という一般的な表現にもなっています。

トランプは赤いカード（ハート・ダイヤ）と黒いカード（スペード・クローバー）に分かれています。
赤い絵札のカードは太陽の出ている時間の昼を表し、黒い絵札のカードは太陽が沈んでいる時間（夜）を表します。
また4種類の絵札は春夏秋冬の4つの季節を表していて、クラブが春、ダイヤは夏、ハートは秋、スペードは冬です。

1週間は7日なので52週間×7日＝364日
そこにジョーカー1枚を足すと364日＋1＝365日

また、1から13までの全ての数字を足していくと
1＋2＋3＋4＋5＋6＋7＋8＋9＋10＋11＋12＋13＝91
1つの季節が91日で4季節あるので
91日×4季節＝364日
そこにジョーカー1枚を足すと364日＋1＝365日
すごいですよね、同じになるんです。

また、絵柄には強弱があって、強い方から『スペード→ハート→ダイヤ→クラブ』の順番です。
絵柄にはそれぞれ意味もあります。
スペード（♠️）は古代では剣を意味し、騎士や戦争を象徴します。現代では知恵や挑戦を意味します。
ハート（❤️）は愛や友情、感情を象徴し、心臓が生命や愛の中心であることから、愛や幸福、心の温かさを意味します。
ダイヤ（♦️）は富や繁栄を象徴し、宝石のダイヤモンドが価値をもつことから、成功や物質的な豊かさを意味します。
クラブ（♣️）は成長や発展を象徴し、クラブの形状が植物の新芽を連想させることから、自然や生命力、進展を意味します。

サイコロはゲームで頻繁に使用されます。また未来を占うための道具としても使用されてきました。
サイコロは運やチャンス、未知の要素を象徴します。

「カード＆サイコロ＆お札」の組み合わせのデザインはゲームを連想させるデザインでもありますね。

This tattoo combines playing cards, dice and banknotes.

In Japan, playing cards often refer to a set of 53 cards, including 13 cards of each of the four suits and a joker, and also refers to the game that uses these cards.

Also, the patterns have different strengths, and the order from strongest to weakest is "Spades → Hearts → Diamonds → Clubs".
Each pattern has a meaning.
In ancient times, spades (♠️) meant swords and symbolized knights and war. In modern times, they mean wisdom and challenge.
Hearts (❤️) symbolize love, friendship, and emotions, and since the heart is the center of life and love, they mean love, happiness, and warmth of the heart.
Diamonds (♦️) symbolize wealth and prosperity, and since diamonds are valuable gemstones, they mean success and material wealth.
Clubs (♣️) symbolize growth and development, and since the shape of a club is reminiscent of a plant sprout, they mean nature, vitality, and progress.
Dice are often used in games. They have also been used as a tool to tell the future.
